The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! We are actively hiring a Windshield Technician / Auto Glass Technician to join our body shop team. If you have experience with windshield replacement and auto glass repair, this is a GREAT opportunity to join a high-performing body shop. Responsibilities:

• Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass (side glass, back glass, etc.)
• Perform chip repairs and minor glass repairs when applicable
• Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety compliance on all installations
• Calibrate or assist with ADAS systems after windshield replacement (if applicable)
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify work quality before completion
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with body shop team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician / Windshield Installer preferred
• Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques, tools, and safety standards
• Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a background check
