Our client, a Flushing-based Labor Union Fund Office, is looking for a data entry clerk/stamp coordinator. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, labor/union experience a plus, and be extremely detail oriented.Position is fully on-site; remote options are not available. Responsibilities:Record daily employer contribution receipts into the Fund's administration software systemReconcile data entries against checks and electronic payments receivedIdentify and resolve discrepancies by working with management and employer contactsPrepare monthly bank reconciliationMaintain organized record for audit and compliance purposesAssist with year-end audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.Skills:Data entry experienceComfort in learning specialized Fund administration softwareProficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, OutlookHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize projectsCompensation & Benefits:Hourly Rate: $33/h-$35.75/h.
