The Role
As Production Supervisor, you'll provide leadership, direction, and operational oversight across multiple sow farms, ensuring animal welfare, productivity, and team performance meet company standards. You'll work closely with farm managers and company leadership to drive continuous improvement and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across 5 sow farms

Lead, coach, and develop farm managers and teams

Ensure animal care, biosecurity, and production standards are met

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements

Support company initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and employee development

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience overseeing multiple sow farms preferred

Minimum of 5 years of sow farm management experience required

Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills

Proven ability to manage performance across multiple locations
