Direct Hire Opportunity! We are seeking Physical Security Console Operators to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the following: the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, the access control system, security records, key control, ID/access badge issue, physical security of the site, equipment dispatch accountability, electronic inventory accountability, and safety inspections.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with other Security and Facility personnel, both verbally and in the written form
- Must be vigilant, reporting any security issues or incidents
- Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy is required
- Ability to use personal computer including, but not limited to, a basic level of the following: Typing, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is required
- CPR certification preferred
salary: $37,000 - $38,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), alarm monitoring, and access control systems to maintain continuous security coverage.
- Maintain and update security-related records, including key control, identification and access badge issuance, electronic inventory records, and the historical security log.
- Monitor and regulate personnel access to the facility, including restricted and sensitive areas.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior building patrols in accordance with established security procedures.
- Conduct initial investigations of security-related incidents and notify the appropriate personnel or authorities of policy or procedural concerns.
- Maintain situational awareness and promptly identify, document, and report suspicious activity, irregularities, or security concerns.
- Support the protection of associates, property, and company assets by following established security policies and procedures.
- Respond to medical emergencies as the initial on-scene Incident Commander, maintaining scene control and coordinating the immediate response within the scope of training until relieved by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or personnel with a higher level of medical training.
- Perform additional security-related duties as assigned by Site Security Management.
